Our Mission
Our aim is to always have a positive impact on the composition and diversity of boards across the private, public and voluntary sectors. Our programmes help to create a pool of competent and able board members from a range of backgrounds but with a particular focus on age, gender and ethnicity and a route to securing appropriate appointments.

Young Professionals
Created to enhance the leadership opportunities for young people, Get On The Board offers students the opportunity to increase their governance knowledge.
Lead The Board
This director development programme is aimed at senior executives who would like to gain non-executive experience and those who may already be board members but who do not have any formal training or governance related qualifications.
